A couple of car lengths ahead by 80 mph is NOT MUCH? In what universe is this difference NOT MUCH? Again, because of the auto..in real world setting with normal drivers the Merc will be even farther ahead.

What do you expec the CTS-V will do to the M3? A few more car lengths maybe....but that's not much is it?

The only people conviced the M3 is great are the fools stupid enough to buy one prior to test driving it....if everyone else thought it was so great why are there so many unsold at dealers, and why is there NO WAIT to even place a dealer allocation for a new one? Face it...the excitement over the M3 is gone....why...because the car has been watered down to appease the masses instead of sticking to its enthusiast roots that used to make the ///M badge stand for something....nowadays it stands for dissilussioned yuppies.

And I am a real estate developer. Why do you ask?
