FrancoR, did you see the Top Gear where they pitted the e92 against the Amg C63? On the track and in the corners the bimmer made mince meat of the c63. the c63 barely edged out the bimmer in straight line acceleration. I would say where i live in the pacific northwest, "real world driving" is more akin to a twisty track than a flat out drag race! Who cares about torque and horsepower when you can't keep a car on the road? Maybe you should look at comparisons in Road and Track and Automobile and see the conclusions they made. I'd say those guys know what they are talking about.
