Hi group. I have a 1995 540 with 6 speed (LOVE it). I'll be buried in it! Question: I'm replacing the four shocks (struts) with Bilsteins and was wondering if the part numbers for the regular 540's are the same as mine which has factory M-Tech suspension? It is listed as the option, and my car definately rides lower than the others. Although the mechanic says the springs determine the ride height, I know gas shocks tend to ride a bit higher as they are under pressure. I do not want to change the ride height at all. Anyone do this modification before? Part numbers? Thanks.
