FWIW. I just picked up a CPO 7200 miles 08, 328. The dealer came down 6.5%
I looked at it this way -
1. good discount from orig MSRP
2. 43,000 left on original warranty
3. another 50,000 extended warranty
4. car was in excellent condition

In the end, I estimate about 5k -7.5k off a year, dependnig on shape of car, mileage left on warranty, etc.

What's your gut tell you?
