I bought the mag..... (425 views)
Message: Because I live in germany I just bought the current number of Auto motor und sport.
According to Ams(usually much more reliable than Autobild) gasoline turbos are out for the moment because there seem to be problems to harmonize Valvetronic and turbo, but they are working on it.
No mention about weight or height.
It is 455 cm long(increase of 8cm,its now as long as a C-class).
Width increases 3 centimeters.Wheelbase is 3 centimeters more, front overhang is larger.
There are even some original Bangle quotes about the design, according to Bangle they intend a "new statement in proportions",no explanation given, but according to the pics the whole front forward of the A-pillars looks much larger and dominant.
Pics are the same like posted above but seeing them larger on paper makes some difference.I did need about ten minutes to get used to the look of the front end(especially the bumper grill combination and the front lights)then the whole thing suddenly looked really great.
The front light cluster is actually very very nice, did remind me bit of a pickin bird.
