320 tranny swap. (41 views) (56 thread views) 
Message: Greetings, I hope somebody is out there.. . I have an 83 320, with a bad tranny. I bought a good used one without realizing that the 82 tranny is slightly longer. ahh, crap. I know I need the drive shaft from the 82. Anything else? how about the shifter bracket? Can you modify the one on the car? And which shifter linkage is needed, the 82 0r 83? man this sucks, I gotta get this done, and I'm worried about it. Any help out there?
