The first can't get into Reverse.

The second is herky-jerky and has hesitation while accelerating.

Any other GM transmissions in BMW cars? Will the NEW BMW MODELS have GM transmissions?

What the heck is up with this? What percentage of failure of a component or a function of a BMW car is considered catastrophic failure? Any percentage of failure?

How many people have to complain, file with the NHTSA before anything gets done? There really isn't a good clearing house for complaints like this other than, of course, BMW itself as they would be hearing from customers and dealers and mechanics buying parts and inquiring about fixes.

Is BMW talking?

Now that's funny.
