NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE - The BMW X5 Lounge

I will buy a BMW. I hope anyone interested in buying a BMW reads this. My car has been in the shop for three weeks with a dead battery and NOBODY knows how to fix it. I have called everybody at BMW under the sun and nothing, absolutly nothing. I don't know what else to do. Here is the history of what a BMW is
CHRONOLOGY OF FAILURES
2005 BMW X5 4.4 I

1- June 13, 2005. Took possession of vehicle
2- June 21,2005. ONE WEEK LATER vehicle will not run, had to be towed to dealer. It took one week to repair.
3- August 2, 2005. Car is rough idling. Dealer says is OK. Rough idling has never gone away.
4- February 16,2006. Vehicle will not run, had to be towed to dealer. This is the second time the car leaves me stranded.
5- February 16, 2006. Locks not working
6- August 24, 2006. A/C takes too long to cool. No problem found, or so they say.
7- August 24, 2006. Self leveling alarm is on all the time
8- February 6, 2007. A/C takes too long to cool. No problem found, or so they say
9- May 10, 2007. A/C takes too long to cool. No problem found, or so they say. Again!
10- May 10, 2007. Washer fluid spray not working.
11- August 21, 2007. A/C takes too long to cool. FINALLY they admit something is wrong and the A/C is replaced
12- September 10, 2007. Informed dealer car battery is acting up, sometimes car hesitates to start. They say no problem found.
13- September 10, 2007. Transmission is downshifting hard.
14- September 10, 2007. Very loud wind noise when driving on highway. Dealer replaces control valve. Noise still there. I fix the problem by applying windshield sealant.
15- November 12, 2007. Dead battery. CAR LEAVES ME STRANDED FOR THIRD TIME. Car has been on the shop for three weeks and they still don’t know what is wrong.
