x5 auto transmission problem? (1310 views) (2598 thread views) 
Message: My auto transmission tends to hold on to first gear then snatch into 2nd almost causing whiplash! its more noticable when the engine is cold however happens most times when driving hard....is this a sign of a failing box or normal? 3.0ltr petrol 2004 model 80000 mls
