The Eco Credit program ends today.

I was thinking to lease the 09 model while this is still applicable.
Anyone knows how much over invoice I can negotiate?
I offered $1k (BMW on concord in CA), they almost laughed at me.
Any ideas.
This is NOW or NEVER question
