some observations (12830 views)
Message: I had to drive around a little to notice some differences. For the record, I had MK4 with 4-1/12 (21.1 version).

1. Accept still there. (I removed it later, but tested the update in its original form first)

2. On the 21.1 version, while on the freeway and passing offramps, my nav car icon would follow the offramp although i was still on the main freeway. then when my gps coordinates were different enough, the nav car icon would travel offroad to get back on course. the new version seems to be more sensitive to where i am actually at and corrected faster. nav car icon still followed the offramp but quickly came back to the freeway.

3. I can't seem to find the Nav-Min/Nav-Max volume control anymore. Still too loud for taste, especially if the family is sleeping in the car.

Not much else I have noticed.. pretty much the same as V21.1 for me so far...

I then went ahead and did the downgrade/upgrade trick. downgrade to V22.1 then back to V23 and am now accept-screen-free. Don't mind the yards vs feet display at all.

=)
