and checked all connections. I wonder if it has to do with disabling the BMW Assist? The antenna connections seem to all be in place under the center tray - but it acts like there is no antenna connected to the system. I must have one in the car because I had the Assist at one time - right? I'm just hoping that someone else has figured this out (someone smarter than me). For now I'm leaving the rubber plug in the phone so that its internal antenna works and the tray acts as a charger. But I'd really love to have the benefit of a stronger signal from the built-in external antenna.
