2007 X3 - How to replace the rear brake light bulb (96 views) (450 thread views) 
Message: I have the driver side rear brake light in the hatch of my 2007 X3 that is out. I do not see an easy way to access the bulb. I see a screw in each of the hand holds in the hatch, but I can't believe that is all that is holding that big piece of plastic in place.

Does anyone have instructions on how to do this? I absolutely HATE bringing the car to the dealer to replace a bulb, even if it's under warranty.
