I purchased my BMW 2005 X3 at RALLYE BMW in westbury New York. The first time I brought my car in I had accidently left my ipod in the glove compartment and car charger in the vehicle. I come in the next day to pick up the vehicle and evrything is STOLEN. I trusted RALLYE BMW. Many issues include faulty tranmission. it very dangerous when you're in an intersection and your transmission jumps to 6k RPM. when it rains I get about 2 inches of water flooded in my car. this has happened 3 times already and rallye cannot fix it. they are now blaming me that I am negligent of my car and that the drainage system is clogged up from pollon. we are talking about someone who gets their car cleaned at least once a week. air conditioner makes noises because there is water damage. battery diesconstantly.Lighter in dash is faulty. vanity lamps short out. I have front and rear lights with build up of condensation. my X3 smeels like mold all the time.I have even became very sick due to my long rides in the vehicle.Rallye denys all of my claims. I have brought my X3 into RALLYE about 15 times in less than 1 year. I am fed up and now contacting my attorney. MY car is a real lemon. Thanks RALLYE BMW for selling me an unreliable car.
