fuse #25(5amp) is a good choice as it serves just the passenger side heated mirror and heated spray nozzles. So no chance of impacting complex control circuits or networks. For a ground, try the screw at the l.h.s. back of the inside of the glove box, visible only when fuse panel is closed. The washer is coated or non-conducting, so your ground wire terminal must be in front of the washer, not behind it.
