my wife bought her-self white 06 3.0 for $22.6K with 32K miles
same as you discribe:
heated seats/steering wheel
Premium package
Electronic seats
mirror memory
Sirius capable... blah blah

at the dealer auction (manhaim, PA) ...2004's were going for 18, 19 K
black 06 with 25K miles was sold at $25K minutes after
