Message: Let's just say I was very satisfied and proud to be a first time BMW owner until my recent encounter with the dealer, I'm still very impressed with X3's performance and it's probably one of the best handling SUV/SAV in the market today... Now I am hesitated to have my car serviced by the same dealer not knowing what else would go wrong. Hopefully other local owners will respond soon so I can make some arrangements with the right dealer :-)
