thats just wrong on many level - 1st of all (26 views) 
Message: Clinton had a surplus and NOT a deficit. when He gave the country to Bush, the country actually had money. Bush spent it all and then some. He screwed up so did his Daddy.

Clinton ? He was not a great president but sure better then the Bushes ever will be. Monika BJ was a joke, Bush's drinking and dumbness was more embarrassing. remember that UN speech by GW Bush? search you-tube and will love it.
