I used my old Airbag from the 1996 CSi and bought a new Steering Wheel from the E46 (without Airbag). Then I made some modifications on the mechanics.
The Slip-Ring is a new one with seven connectors.

Here a picture from the Slip-Ring, which I modified for Alfred Abraham (alpinadvl).



You can download a document (in German, sorry I haven't one in English) about this modification from my Webspace.
