| Message: | | Have you taken it to BMW to read the EML codes? According to Mark in SBA's earlier post, the code reader ONLY gives results for DME, not EML, errors. Don't disconnect the batteries, and take it to the dealer to gather stored codes, as the EML should only illuminate when one or more error codes are stored.
P.S.: sorry, this is only in regards to the STOMP code reading, not code readers. However, I would still try the dealer just in case the code reader isn't interfacing with the EML correctly.
