hood alignment

Message:

noticed my hood is not aligning correctly. I tried adjusting the bolts behind the headlights. I tried the aligning the hood by loosening the bolts on the hinge which the hood is afixed to, but no luck. The hood sits to high near the windshield side even when the latch is locked. Any ideas.
