Will have to look at the reverse light wiring, as they are apparently connected to the manual box, but the lights aren't working.

Just to clarify, does the helper spring returns the pedal to the top of the travel? On discussions with my mechanic, I was under the assumption that this spring should push over center somehow and actually help you hold the clutch pedal to the floor??

Have I misunderstood something here?
