Electrical weirdness, anyone? - The BMW 6 Series (E24) Forum

88 L6-
Intermittent loss of wipers, turn signals, brake lights. When I jiggle the relays sometime they will come back, other times not. Sometime they will just function. Not cool when brake lights fail.

After looking at the schematics, none of the relays that I jiggle are A) related to any of the symptoms b) none of the failures seems to relate to any others. I'm guessing maybe a ground.

Any suggestions? How do you locate a ground?
