| Message: | If storage space isn't a problem you can make a set of ramps for about $30 from pressure-treated 2 X 10s. One 'ramp unit' is made from a 30 in length nailed to a 36 inch length with a taper, chainsaw or circular saw, at one end. Two units/wheel gets you ~4 in, three/wheel ~6 inches. 8 inch long end supports take care of the outside support. The taper end of the bottom ramp is low enough to clear the front spoiler on an M6. These are strong enough for my 7500lb F350 dually dump. Being pressure treated allows storage behind the barn. ...xxxxXXXXXXXXXXXX ...xxxxxxXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ...xxxxXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXX ...xxxxxxXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXX Tony 1986 635CSi | ||||
