| Message: | There's going to be some amount of play in the driveshaft due to the tranny, diff etc. You'll just have to isolate if it's actually a ujoint problem, excessive wear in the tranny output, excessive wear in the diff input, rear CV problem etc... from the sounds of it, you are OK. If you can actually see the center bearing and the rubber is showing signs of cracking or seperating, then replace it. But there's going to be some movement on there too due to the rubber mount. Replace the tranny mounts. Replace the front rotors and pads and see if the shaking goes away. Then recheck the driveshaft issues, I think you'll find everything is OK with the driveline. | ||||
