| Message: | | After a gas fill up the other day with mid grade my car would start then immediately stall, I took the gas cap off and put back on and retried but it did the same thing, I kept trying and finally pressed the accelerator and got the revs up and it start running fine. I drove it home from there (4 miles)and it ran fine but after getting home I shut the engine off and tried to restart, it would start then immediately stall. I replaced my NGK BKR6EK plugs with new ones and it started fine, I took the car for a test drive (about 8 miles) and it ran fine but when I got home and shut it off and tried to restart, it did the same thing again. I took the new plugs out and noticed that the electrodes were black with carbon. The check engine light came on this last time and now stays on constantly after I restart the engine.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
