95-97 M3: which is better (65 views) (144 thread views) 
Message: I'm planning on buying an M3 this year. I'd like to know which year is better in terms of mechanically, maintenance, etc. I'm not unfamiliar with BMW's as I've owned an E24, E34, and still have an E39. I'd just trying to get a little insight. I test drove an E36 M3 a while back and was truly thrilled with the perforfance and have decidedto take the plunge. So, what do you all think? TIA.
