and the single one that he replaced because the car was misfiring was worth $25 alone (he replaced the coil also).

That explains why the shop one replaced 1 plug.

I'm going to call the shop that did the work and see what they recommend.

Looks as if I'm set another 40k but I really wonder about the longevity of these plugs.
