| Message: | That is FAR from what you can really do with a stock internal turbo M20. Regardless of what you'll hear from the villiage idiots. The only reason I would consider an M50 is for those sweet-[Oops!] 4 valve combustion chambers. 9:1 CR on that engine would be more resistant to detonation than 8:1 on an M20/M30. The two valve chambers are not ideal, and that is an inherent limitation at the highest fringes of power output. A higher compression ratio would get better mileage, quicker spool, a lower boost threshold and more power.
