| Message: | esp. if you wanna go the swap route? I know the parts all purchased sep. can run you alot of $$$ that's why many choose to purchase a later e36 with most of the parts you'll need and go ahead and do the swap. But yes, I agree, the fabrication and time spent doing the swap can be very tedious, not to mention time consuming. That's why I'd also recommend a new (reman.) modded m20 from http://www.metricmechanic.com/ You can purchase the whole engine from them and go ahead and put it in (this way you'll save the machining work and time of doing your own internals.) Or if you're more mechanically inclined you can purchase a m20 kit form them and do all the fabrication yourself. OR you can simply make up your own kit (purchasing everything sep. and doing it all yourself). Basically there's many options to choose from, but considering the good exchange rate on the CAD, I'd suggest sourcing many if not all parts out of the states. You'll find much more selection and LOWER prices than anywhere in Canada. good luck with your project! 88 Delphine grey 325is ALUMINUM BUMPER APPRECIATION ASSOCIATION (ABAA) Membership ID (00013) | ||||
