| Message: | This could only happen to me. About 6 months ago I replaced the clutch master cylinder because it had a slow internal leak and was becoming a nuisance. Obviously while replacing the unit (and it was a real pain) I put the plastic fitting that goes into the rubber grommet in a strain. It has now cracked/broken off and is spilling brake fluid on my carpet. I am referring to the plastic elbow that connects the rubber hose from the brake resevoir to the clutch master cylinder. This part is not available seperately. Do any of you have an old master cylinder lying around that has this fitting? I would be willing to make a very attractive trade for some Tarheel BMWCCA apparel if anyone is interested.
