Hello Neptune Blue I think I can help you with your problem as the same thing happens on my GT. When you brake with your left foot, as I do myself. When you brake the fuel supply is cut or reduced when braking, when accellerating away your foot is still slightly on the brake and at this time fuel is not being pumped to the engine, therfore a slight delay is caused. You can actualy make this happen deliberately, it can be dangerous as well. Th ebest thing I have found is to try to brake with your right foot. I also had this problem on a Jeep Grand Cherokee.
