The Verizon Razor only works by removal of its SIM card and placement of same in the center console slot. This is not full utilization of the in-car phone capability as described by Bentley since it does not offer (1) ability to read the phonebook without physical transfer of the SIM card, (2) virtual connection to the car cellular antenna, and (3) charging capability. According to fact sheet given me by my dealer, the limitations of the Razor, as descibed above, are because the Razor lacks "rSAP" capabilitly, limiting the car system connection to the Bluetooth minus rSAP capabiity only. I was given a short list of phones other than the Razor which supposedly have rSAP but none of these phones is available from Cingular, and Verizon, my preferred provider is ruled out completely because they don't use SIM card technology at all. Would like to hear from anyone who has gone further with this. It seems that Bentley is not dellvering as advertised on this option. | ||||
