Message: My Audio Control EQL was acting up, so installed a MaxxBass 103 while the AC is in the shop. Nice processor and it sounds VERY GOOD. My system already has good bass/mid-bass, but the processor fattened things up. The MaxxBass has an adjustable level and it is easy to use too much, but if you dial it back just a tad the bass is clean, thick, and addictive.
I think it will be hard to remove it when the AC returns. I think I already like it too much.
