Message: I also have the C43 in my car but was wondering what cd changer do I need for this head unit? I had a Pioneer CDX-M30 in the trunk but it doesn't work with this head unit. Do I need a newer cd changer and can I use the existing stock cd changer wires in the trunk or do I have to run new wires.
