| Message: | In November I too advertised a pair of BMW e32 fog lamps on the Roadfly BMW Parts site. I was contacted by a buyer using a Yahoo ID writing he wanted to buy the lamps and wanted to have my mailing address so he could send a money order. 4 Suspicious money orders arrived by US Mail this past Wednesday. Same scenario - $$ far in excess of price of fogs; no return address. Mail originated from post near Nigeria. They were immediately turned over to our Police Mail Fraud Unit who will conduct an investigation with cooperation of US Mail and Federal Authorities. This is only the second time I have advertised items using Roadfly - and in each case I received bogus emails - this has been the only attempt to take it to the next level.
